Hi, I’m Sarah. 👋
I’m a wife, mom, real estate agent, and entrepreneur living in the beautiful Lake Norman area of North Carolina — a place I’ve called home for almost 30 years.
I wear a lot of hats. And if you’re anything like me, you probably do too.
Between running a business, loving my family, and trying to show up fully in every area of life, there were seasons where I felt like I was doing everything but actually dwelling in none of it. Always moving. Always building. Always onto the next thing.
Sound familiar?
Why I Started Dwell and Abide
It started as a quiet nudge.
Not a lightning bolt moment. Not a dramatic life overhaul. Just a gentle, persistent whisper that kept growing louder — there is more for you to share. More for you to build. More for you to say.
I’ve spent years helping families find their home in real estate. But somewhere along the way I realized that home isn’t just a house. It’s a feeling. A foundation. A way of living that starts from the inside out — rooted in faith, nurtured in everyday moments, and built with intention.
That nudge became this space. And this space became Dwell and Abide.
The Verse That Started It All
On the very day I was searching for a name for this brand, I opened my Bible to Isaiah. And there it was:
“My people will live in peaceful dwelling places, in secure homes, in undisturbed places of rest.” — Isaiah 32:18
I closed my Bible and smiled. Because that’s exactly what I want for you.
Peaceful dwellings. Secure homes. Undisturbed rest.
Not just the physical walls around you — but the life inside them. The faith that anchors you. The purpose that drives you. The rest that restores you.
That’s what Dwell and Abide is all about.
